Quickly establish metrics that are capable of providing answers to the
question "Is the contracting initiative doing what it is supposed to do?"
IDENTIFY DATA SOURCES
Use knowledge of available data sources to quickly identify the right data
and information sources. Facilitate advanced data management and analysis
techniques to convert data into information.
IDENTIFY KEY STAKEHOLDERS
Utilize familiarity with general industry practices and processes to
identify internal and external stakeholders who may play a key role in
validating the findings
IDENTIFY VALIDATION METHODS
Identify validation methods ranging from individual interviews to group
based interactions. Ability to establish validation methodologies well in
the beginning results in better project implementation.
DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS
Utilize advanced skills to deal with assive amounts of data and very
advanced multi-variate techniques to test performance metrics. Apply real
world experience to interpret the findings and use them to answer basic
questions about the contracting initiative.
VALIDATION OF PRELIMINARY FINDINGS
Implement the validation process using predetmined methodology. Generate
additional analyses to address gaps uncovered in the process.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Generate final recommendations that clearly establish if critical goals are
being met and if there are areas that need improvement. Recommendations will
also clearly lay out alternate options to be considered if the current
initiative is not delivering results as expected.
